Candlelight Yoga Class with Harp Sound Bath Join us for a special late evening class where gentle yoga will combine with the hypnotic sound of the live Harp, bathed in soft candlelight. This experience creates a space for moving inwards, to tap into our deeper selves as we individually and collectively become one with the music. Allow the Harpist to take you on a journey, as the melody gently moves through you, bringing a sense of relaxation, releasing tension and restoring balance to all of your being. The class will close in a series of floor-based Yin poses (fully supported with props), before moving into a long rest (Savasana) while the Harp music gently washes over you. Following the class, we invite you to remain for a drink at our bar where a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, wine and canapés will be available whilst you connect and chat with others. The studio is fully equipped with mats and props, so there is no need to bring anything with you. Mary Smiley - tutor Catrin Meek - harp |

Postcards From Home A rare chance to hear this journey live, documenting the travels of 3 musicians from the different backgrounds of Indian music, Western Classical & Jazz, - the result is a captivating instrumental collaboration which blends the different sound worlds to create a truly organic whole. The three 'adventurers' are all highly respected in their own territories and in this concert, they explore compositional styles, traditions and performance etiquette. With a unique palette of sounds, they search for common meeting points and launch pads for improvisational templates and a new repertoire inspired by places including Paris, Goa, Tibet, Brazil, Morocco and the Scottish island of Harris.
