Ann was first introduced to yoga whilst training as a dancer at London Contemporary Dance School. The instant improvement she experienced in strength and flexibility made her curious to discover more about Yoga and its extensive uses and benefits. For Ann one of the most exciting aspects of yoga is that it has the potential to recognise the whole of a being. She has trained specifically with this interest and tailors her teaching to embrace this holistic approach.
About the class: Experience 75 minutes of flowing yoga set against a backdrop of a live harpist. This experience will explore how sound, breath and movement weave together, shifting energy and creating a sense of deep calm and connection. A truly beautiful and unique experience and suitable for all experience and abilities. The class will close with a long rest (or Savasana), allowing the music to wash over and soothe you. There is an opportunity following the class to gather in the ARC cafe and enjoy a hot drink.
